Meet The Team – Ria Lewis

Ria Lewis, Client Support Executive joined Days Fleet in March 2022.

1. What is your role within Days Fleet?

I joined in March of this year as ‘Client Support Administrator’ but have recently moved to the role of ‘Client Support Executive’.

I support our sales team and clients on a day to day basis producing quotations, processing new orders, running reports and anything else required in the course of account management. I always try to ensure that our customers receive the highest levels of service from us.

2. What do you enjoy most about your role?

The new challenge it has brought me, I am learning lots and fast.  It’s exciting to join such a brilliant team who have already shown to be really welcoming and supportive towards me in this fast-paced environment which I’m settling into.

3. What would you like to achieve in 2022?  

Getting married after having to postpone our wedding once was definitely on the list for this year, and we already achieved that. Anything else will be a bonus, but hopefully a honeymoon in October.

Professionally, I’d really like to settle into my role of Client Support Executive and feel confident in my abilities. It is going to be a challenge and I have never been one to shy away.  I look forward to seeing where this new challenge takes me.

4. What’s your biggest achievement?

I would probably say having a strong work ethic, which helped me to get on the property ladder at the age of 23 with my husband.

5. What was your first job?

Waitressing in a local pub when I was 16.

6. Which 3 famous people would you invite to a dinner party?

Sir David Attenborough, Freddie Mercury & Robin Williams
