Helping you to manage your vehicle’s contract
Day’s Fleet offers a unique service to help our clients reduce potential excess mileage charges at the end of the contract.
At the start of the contract you will commit to a set mileage, however we realise that business demands or personal circumstances can change, both of which can affect the mileage covered by the vehicle.
With our ‘mileage management’ service, we monitor last known mileages and apply them to the contract mileage to calculate a predicted end of contract mileage. If this is less or more than the contract mileage we will inform you and advise of the best option. Usually this will be amending your vehicles contract. The mileage update will also help us advise on and monitor vehicle servicing schedules.
To assist us in providing this service we ask that our clients update vehicle mileages either via our online dashboard or by using the mileage submission section of this website.
