Day’s Fleet has achieved stand-alone accreditation to the ISO 9001 Quality Management standard, complementing our existing ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification.
Our previous accreditation was achieved as part of our wider Group but this now cements our independent commitment to providing a structured framework for consistently meeting customer and regulatory requirements and has already led to positive improvements in work processes, including the introduction of a new internal customer satisfaction dashboard.
