Our nominated charity for 2025
We are proud to run an active charity support program and have raised over £39,000 for good causes to date.
For 2025, Day’s Fleet staff have chosen Dementia UK as our nominated charity.
Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nursing charity that is there for the whole family, working towards a day where no one has to face dementia alone. Their specialist nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing advice and support, to anyone affected by dementia, whenever it is needed.
Staff plan to raise money with a variety of fundraising events throughout the year culminating with a Christmas raffle and auction which we could not do without the support of our generous suppliers, clients, partners and staff.
In 2024, we raised £4,610 for for Ty Bryngwyn – a Designated Centre of Excellence hospice which provides specialist palliative care for the community of Carmarthenshire in South Wales. an amazing effort by all of the Day’s Fleet team and those who supported our efforts.
