We’re excited to celebrate the retirement of Roger Kelly after an incredible 28 years with our sales team—what a journey it’s been!
Roger joined us back in 1998, when we were still known as Day’s Contract Hire, and played a huge role in shaping the business we are today. From growing our corporate presence in the late 90s and early 2000s to expanding our public sector partnerships and securing places on national frameworks, Roger’s impact has been nothing short of outstanding.
Beyond his professional achievements, Roger has been at the heart of our team culture—bringing energy, humour, and a great sense of fun to every social event and Christmas party. It’s safe to say things won’t be quite the same without him!
He stopped by Head Office to celebrate with some of his colleagues past and present, share stories, and mark the occasion in style (with just a few emotional moments along the way!).
As he heads into this exciting new chapter, Roger is looking forward to spending more time with his wife Cheryl, enjoying family life, and getting stuck into his much-loved allotment.
All of Roger’s customers are now in safe hands with the wider team, so it’s very much business as usual moving forward.
