New partner for Incident Management

We have recently launched our new Incident Management product with a new partner – AX Motor Assist who are specialists in the provision of accident and mobility solutions to fleet operators.   Motor Assist will manage all aspects of an incident,  from the first call reporting an incident, through to the point of repair completion and beyond.


When an incident is reported via our DriverLine the experienced and empathetic call handlers will establish the driver’s wellbeing and safety as a priority. All administrative tasks are handled, from capturing incident details, assessing liability and onward reporting to all stakeholders, as agreed at implementation.

  • FNOL – 24/7/365 incident reporting
  • Roadside recovery
  • Extensive UK repair network
  • Full UK coverage for all vehicle types – car (Incl EV), LCV, HGV & specialist
  • Express one day repairs
  • Engineering/repair authorisation
  • Pro-active downtime management to minimise VOR
  • Total Loss Management
  • Mobility / replacement vehicles including EV for EV
  • Uninsured loss recovery – we will recover any losses from non-fault incidents
