Sam joined the Day’s Fleet Personal Choice team as a Business Development Executive back in August.
He is responsible for new business within the team and is able to assist with funding products such as Personal Contract Hire and Salary Sacrifice.
Sam said: “I’ve loved cars since I can remember; which has now grown into a huge passion and love of mine, so it comes as no surprise that when I went to University, I took a degree in Transport and Automotive design.
“Following on from uni, I had several jobs, one in particular took me around beautiful Wales in a sports car, a Toyota GT86 – when I worked as part of a sales team for a utilities company. That was definitely a career highlight – the open road just me and the car.
“With a passion for cars and a love of go karting, you will often see me behind a wheel whizzing around a Go Karting track.
“I’ve always wanted to work with cars and after working in car sales, I am now proud to be part of the Day’s Fleet Personal Choice family, leasing beautiful cars. Perfect for a car enthusiast like myself! Not only do I get to work with cars and vans, I get to work with a whole host of different brands and help customers find the ideal car or van for them.
“My love of cars means that outside of work I spend a lot of time driving and looking after my newest baby, the very rare 2004 Vauxhall VX220. I have 1 of only 29 made and 1 of 4 in the whole of the UK, which I am honoured to say was owned previously by two racing drivers.”
