Head office has minimal staff in attendance with the majority of staff fully operational at home. We will maintain the same high level of service for all of our clients but should you experience any issues please let us know at [email protected]
Vehicle Deliveries & Collections
These will continue to happen as normal unless we are specifically advised otherwise by our client, the supplying dealership or a delivery/collection agent. If your vehicle is affected we will be in touch immediately.
If you have a vehicle that requires an MOT during lockdown this should still take place – there is no MOT extension like there was last year. If you have a booking that cannot be deferred due to the MOT due date then please check with the individual garage to ensure they are still operational during the lockdown.
If your MOT cannot take place for any reason then it is essential that you continue to carry out regular checks on the vehicle including tyres, lights, battery, indicators etc. until the MOT can be completed and the vehicle deemed roadworthy. If the MOT is overdue then please ensure the vehicle is not driven on the public highway as it will not be covered by your insurance policy.
If you have a service booked, please check with the individual garage that the booking can still go ahead.
