Flexi Hire – Latest times for Easter Bank Holiday Terminations and Collections

Flexi Hire is our short-term vehicle hire solution. Speak to our team for more information. 

• The latest time we can accept a termination request for a pre-Easter Flexi Hire collection is 12:00 on Thursday 17th April.
• All bookings where a termination is requested after 12:00 on Thursday 17^th April will remain on hire and chargeable until 10:00 on Tuesday 22^nd April unless returned to an open branch.
• If a branch goes out to collect a vehicle and it is not available, an aborted collection charge will apply and the vehicle will be placed back on hire until 10:00 on Tuesday 22^nd April.
• All hires with a provisional end date after 12:00 on Thursday 17^th April will be extended until 10:00 on Tuesday 22^nd April.
• The earliest new hires can be delivered is 10.00 on Tuesday 22^nd April.
