Flexi Hire – Latest times for Christmas & New Year’s Deliveries and Collections

Reservation requests will only be accepted for pre-Christmas deliveries if the delivery is before 11:00 on Friday 22nd December 2023, and pre-New Year deliveries if the delivery is before 11:00 on Friday 29th December 2023.

The latest time we can accept a termination request for a pre-Christmas Flexi Hire collection is 11:00 on Thursday 21st December 2023. 

We will only accept off hire requests for vehicles requiring collection up to 12:00 on Saturday 23rd December 2023.  All bookings where a termination is requested after 11:00 on Thursday 21st December 2023 will remain on hire and chargeable until 09:00 on Wednesday 27th December 2023 unless returned to an open branch.

If a branch goes out to collect a vehicle and it is not available, an aborted collection charge will apply and the vehicle will be placed back on hire until 09:00 on Wednesday 27th December 2023.  All hires with a provisional end date after 11:00 on Thursday 21st December 2023 will be extended until 09:00 on Wednesday 27th December 2023. The earliest new hires can be delivered is 11.00 on Wednesday 27th December 2023.

The latest time we can accept a termination request for a pre- New Year’s Flexi Hire collection is 11:00 on Thursday 28th December 2023.  We will only accept off hire requests for vehicles requiring collection up to 12:00 on Saturday 30th December 2023.  All bookings where a termination is requested after 11:00 on Thursday 28th December 2023 will remain on hire and chargeable until 09:00 on Tuesday 2nd January 2024 (Wednesday 3rd January 2024 for Scotland) unless returned to an open branch.

Pool stock vehicles contracted via a Flexi Hire schedule

If you have a pool stock vehicle we’ll only accept pre-holiday delivery and collection requests up until Friday the 15^th December 2023. The earliest we can arrange deliveries or collections in the New Year is Wednesday 3^rd January 2024.
