Flexi Hire – Latest times for Bank Holiday Weekend Deliveries and Collections
The latest time we can accept a termination request for a pre-Bank Holiday weekend collection is 10:00am on the Friday before (24th May).
All bookings where a termination is requested after 10:00am on the Friday before will remain on hire and chargeable until 10:00am on the following Tuesday (28th May) unless returned to an open branch.
If a branch goes out to collect a vehicle and it is not available, an aborted collection charge will apply and the vehicle will be placed back on hire until 10:00am on the following Tuesday.
All hires with a provisional end date after 10:00am on the Friday before will be extended until 10:00am on the following Tuesday.
The earliest new hires can be delivered is 10.00am on the Tuesday.
